第十一届全国声音与音乐技术会议将于2024年10月11-13日（周五-周日）在中国地质大学（武汉）举行，会议微信公众号为CSMC-CSMT，会议网站为http://www.csmcw-csmt.org.cn/。本次会议致力于加强合作与交流，促进文理交融，推动我国声音与音乐技术领域的发展，共商我国未来声音与音乐技术产业的发展大计。
本次大会征文要求如下：

二、会议论文及报告
1. 论文要求
论文内容应符合大会征文主题的范围，要求重点突出、文字简洁、有创新性、结果可靠。中文论文篇幅6-8页，英文论文篇幅12页以内。论文格式参照会议网站的Word及Latex模板。

4. 论文评审及推荐
作者投稿文章经程序委员会选定的审稿人（由国内外相关领域的专家和教授组成）双盲评审被录用后，经学术委员会推荐向以下期刊推荐发表：
·部分英文论文向高水平期刊推荐发表。
·部分英文论文（需翻译成中文后）和部分中文论文向北大中文核心期刊《复旦学报（自然科学版）》以及《中国传媒大学学报（自然科学版）》推荐发表。
复旦学报（自然科学版）投稿请注意
a.不接受本科生为第一作者的文章；
b.会议初选接收的文章如果回答意见及修改不合格，或者学报认为质量达不到要求，编辑部将直接退稿；
c.要有理论研究或技术创新；
d.综述性文章要求副教授及以上职称为第一作者。
e.被录用论文的作者须向相关期刊缴纳版面费用。
中国传媒大学学报（自然科学版）投稿请注意
a.研究论文：要提出科学问题或技术创新，分析研究思路，验证方法有效性；
b.综述或前沿进展：要对某一领域最新研究成果、前沿理论、技术方法等的总结、思考和展望；
c.被录用论文不收版面费用，发表之后将按照学报内部评优标准奖励稿酬。

本次会议论文录用通知将于9月20日左右陆续发出。大会设立学生最佳论文奖、最佳报告奖，由学术委员会组织评审。
5. 会议报告
录用论文的作者必须到场做所录论文的学术报告。国外作者如确实无法回国可向学术委员会和程序委员会提出远程报告申请。请于2024年9月25日前将拟作会议交流报告的题目、摘要、PPT发送至电子邮箱csmt2024@163.com，请在邮件标题中标明“CSMT2024会议报告-姓名”，以便整理印刷。报告交流时间约15-20分钟。
Sound and music technology is a multi-disciplinary overlapping research area. In science and technology aspect, it involves acoustics (physics), signal processing, computer science, electronic engineering, artificial intelligence, and mathematics etc. In music aspect, it involves music theory research, music creation, music performance, music education, music manufacture, acoustic project, sound design, sound device and so on. In order to promote exchanges in relevant disciplines and promote mutual cooperation among participating organizations in scientific research, academic exchanges, teaching and personnel training, the 11th National Conference on Sound and Music Technology (CSMT 2024) sincerely invites all interested people from China and around the world to participate.
The 11th National Conference on Sound and Music Technology will be held from October 11-13, 2024 (Friday Sunday) at China University of Geosciences, Wuhan. The conference was jointly organized by China University of Geosciences, Wuhan. The conference website is https://www.csmcw-csmt.cn 。 This conference is committed to strengthening cooperation and exchange, promoting the integration of arts and science, promoting the development of China's sound and music technology, and discussing the development plan of China's future sound and music technology industry.

**4.1 Paper Requirements**
The paper content should conform to the above conference subjects, with novel ideas and reliable results. Chinese papers are limited to 6 pages, and English papers 12 pages. With paper format please refer to the Word and Latex templates on the conference website.

**4.4 Paper Review**
The review process is double-blind. Each paper will be assigned three reviewers by the academic committee. Selected accepted English paper will be published in the conference proceeding of Springer "Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE)", other high quality Chinese and English accepted papers will be recommended to the "Journal of Fudan University (Natural Science Edition)" and "Journal of Electroacoustical Technology" for publication. Acceptance letters will be sent out around December 10. And the conference sets up the student best paper prize, the best presentation prize.
**4.5 Conference Presentation**
Accepted papers must be presented on conference. Authors outside China is permitted to apply for online presentation. Please send the slides to *csmt2024@163.com* before September 25, 2024, the presentation time is approximately 15-20 minutes.
