第十一届全国声音与音乐技术会议将于2024年10月11-13日(周五-周日)在中国地质大学(武汉)举行。具体信息参见微信公众号CSMC-CSMT，或会议网站 https://www.csmcw-csmt.org.cn。本次会议继续面向国内外专业人士及爱好者征集声音装置及音乐类技术作品。具体分类和要求如下：
一、分类
（一）声音装置作品
作品需利用声音作为主要媒介来进行创作，并结合声音、空间、物质和技术等多个元素，来创造独特的听觉体验。需具备声音装置类作品一般性特征，如交互性、环境性、多感官体验和一定的概念性。
（二）交互装置音乐作品
作品需将音乐与交互装置艺术进行一定的结合，通过交互、电子音乐、人工智能等技术赋予音乐新的音乐语言和表现形式，同时体现一定的交互性、多媒体体验、技术优势和独特的音乐表达形式。鼓励音乐家、技术专家及工程师的跨学科合作，鼓励以交互装置空间展示而非舞台类音乐作品的展示或表演形式。
（三）音乐科技成果展示
利用新技术、新制造或新理念开发的软硬件。包括算法设计的应用、音乐人工智能技术开发应用、音乐类软件、新型电子乐器或控制器、智能乐器及音乐机器人等。

（一）公开征集：2024年8月1日
（二）提交截止日期：2024年9月20日
（三）入选通知：2024年9月30日
三、提交材料要求
（一）声音装置作品
填写附件， 所有参评者签字后以 PDF 文档形式提交，最多 4 页，其中包含以下信息：
1、安装说明：
对装置作品安装的详细描述，使审阅者可以了解其动机及实现方法。建议使用照片、3D 示意图等，并辅以语言描述；
2、技术说明：
请介绍使用何种技术，有何技术亮点，艺术与技术的结合点等；
3、可行性：
对于装置艺术展示的硬件要求，以及可行性说明，提出部署方案；
作品的在线链接，音频或视频的链接，请使用百度网盘提交（如有）。文档链接应该不受限制，以确保主席和审稿人都可以访问。其中，视频文件名应保存为：作品题目全称_工作单位_video.mov；格式不低于 1280*720 分辨率，mov 文件。音频文件名应保存为：作品题目全称_工作单位_audio.wav。音频格式为 44.1kHz，16bit，wav 文件
（二）交互装置音乐作品
填写附件， 所有参评者签字后以 PDF 文档形式提交，最多 4 页，其中包含以下信息：
1、音乐作品描述：
作品创作的意图、审美表达、作曲技术、音乐过程与结构等方面的介绍。
2、技术描述：
作品所涉及的装置、交互、多媒体等技术手段的介绍。
3、表演形式描述
是否涉及演奏或演唱？对作品的呈现形式进行说明。
4、作品时长
作品时长建议控制在5-8分钟之内。
作品的在线链接，音频或视频的链接，请使用百度网盘提交。文档链接应该不受限制，以确保主席和审稿人都可以访问。其中，视频文件名应保存为：作品题目全称_工作单位_video.mov；格式不低于 1280*720 分辨率，mov 文件。音频文件名应保存为：作品题目全称_工作单位_audio.wav。音频格式为 44.1kHz,16bit，wav 文件。
（三）音乐科技成果展示
填写附件， 所有参评者签字后以 PDF 文档形式提交，最多 4 页（A4页面），其中包含以下信息：
1、一页演示说明；
2、对技术和空间要求的一页描述；

四、作品评选流程
组委会聘请相关领域专家组成评估小组，并根据以下标准对所有报名参加的品进行评估：原创性，影响力，创造力，技术，演示和可行性。所有作品都将由至少三名专家进行同行双盲评审。
五、收录与评奖
入选本次大会的作品视频或音频链接会链接在国内视频网站上并公开在会议的网站上。
作品设立声音技术最佳作品奖，由同行评议或网络、现场投票（暂定）决定名次。每个分类设置一二三等奖和最佳创意奖等。奖金金额由组委会根据会议开支情况确定。获奖者颁发相关奖杯和证书。

The 11th National Conference on Sound and Music Technology
Notice of Call for Installation Works
(Conference Notice No. 5, 2024)
The 11th National Conference on Sound and Music Technology will be held on 11-13 October 2024 (Friday-Sunday) at China University of Geosciences (Wuhan). For more information, see WeChat public number CSMC-CSMT,or the conference websit https://www.csmcw-csmt.org.cn. The conference continues to invite sound installation and music-based technology works from professionals and enthusiasts at home and abroad. Specific categories and requirements are listed below:
I. Groups
(I) Sound Installation Works
The work must use sound as the main medium for creation and combine multiple elements such as sound, space, material and technology to create a unique auditory experience. They must have the general characteristics of sound installation works, such as interactivity, environment, multi-sensory experience and certain conceptual nature.
(ii) Interactive Installation Music Works
The work must combine music with interactive installation art, giving music a new musical language and expression through interaction, electronic music, artificial intelligence and other technologies, while reflecting a certain degree of interactivity, multimedia experience, technological advantages and unique forms of musical expression. Interdisciplinary co-operation among musicians, technologists and engineers is encouraged, as well as the display or performance of musical works in the form of interactive installation spaces rather than stages.
(iii) Presentation of Music Technology Achievements
Hardware and software developed using new technology, new manufacturing or new ideas. Including the application of algorithm design, music artificial intelligence technology development and application, music software, new electronic musical instruments or controllers, intelligent musical instruments and music robots.

III.Submission Requirements
(i) Sound installation works
Fill out the attached document, signed by all participants and submit it as a PDF document, maximum 4 pages, containing the following information:
1. Installation Instructions:
A detailed description of the installation so that the reviewer can understand its motivation and realisation. It is recommended to use photographs, 3D schematics, etc., accompanied by a verbal description;
2. Technical description:
Please describe the technology used, the highlights of the technology, and the combination of art and technology;
3. Feasibility:
For the hardware requirements of the installation art display, as well as the feasibility of the description, put forward the deployment plan;
for online links to the work, audio or video, please submit using Baidu Netdisk (if available). The link to the document should be unrestricted to ensure that it is accessible to both the chair and reviewers. In particular, the video file name should be saved as: full title of the work_work category_video.mov; format no less than 1280*720 resolution, mov file. The audio file name should be saved as: full title of work_work category_audio.wav. The audio format should be 44.1kHz, 16bit, wav file.
(ii) Interactive Installation Music Works
Fill out the attachment, signed by all participants and submit it as a PDF document of up to 4 pages containing the following information:
1. Description of the musical work:
A description of the work's creative intent, aesthetic expression, compositional techniques, musical process and structure.
2. Technical description:
An introduction to the installation, interaction, multimedia and other technical means involved in the work.
3. Description of the performance form
Does it involve instrument playing or singing? A description of the form in which the work is presented.
4. Duration of the work
The duration of the work is recommended to be within 5-8 minutes.
For online links to the work, audio or video, please submit using Baidu Netdisk. The link to the document should be unrestricted to ensure that it is accessible to both the chair and reviewers. Among them, the video file name should be saved as: full title of the work_work category_video.mov; the format is no less than 1280*720 resolution, mov file. IV.Selection Process
The organising committee employs experts in the relevant fields to form an evaluation panel and assess all entries based on the following criteria: originality, impact, creativity, technology, presentation and feasibility. All entries will be double-blind peer-reviewed by at least three experts.
V. Inclusion and Awards
The video or audio links of the works selected for the conference will be linked to domestic video sites and made publicly available on the conference website.
There will be an award for the best work in sound technology, and the ranking will be determined by peer review or online or on-site voting (tentative). There will be first, second and third prizes for each category, and a prize for the best idea, etc. The amount of prize money will be determined by the organising committee according to the conference expenses. The winners will be awarded relevant trophies and certificates.
